Hey, I'm Fernando Teixeira.

I'm a Software Engineer in Test with 9+ years of experience building test automation solutions and shaping test strategies across different projects. I currently work as a Lead QA Engineer at Verivox, focusing on test automation, backend, and DevOps.

I care about improving quality by looking at the whole software delivery process: fast feedback loops, reliable CI, and automation that teams trust. I'm especially interested in the technical details that make systems observable, deployable, and safe to change.

What I focus on

• Designing and evolving robust test automation frameworks
• Integrating automated testing into CI/CD to enable fast feedback and support shift-left principles
• Building a quality culture in teams (shift-left, shared responsibility for testing, releasing with confidence)
